RAISE Group strengthens its development and announces 10 recruitments in September
Paris, September 30, 2022 – The RAISE Group continues its development and announces today 10 recruitments within RAISE Investment, RAISE Ventures, RAISE REIM, RAISE Impact and RAISE corporate functions teams.
Adrien Daudey, 32 years old, joins RAISE Investment as an Investment Director
Adrien joins RAISE Investment, the private equity arm of RAISE Group dedicated to small- and middle-market investment opportunities in France, as an Investment Director. Prior to RAISE, Adrien served as an Investment Associate at Sagard for three years, investing in middle-market LBO opportunities in France and playing an active role in executing investment transactions as well as monitoring portfolio companies in various sectors such as business services, healthcare and nutrition. He started his career in Investment Banking at Citigroup and then at Messier Maris & Associés.
Adrien graduated from ESSEC Business School.
Mouncef Daifallah, 27 years old, joins RAISE Investment as an Investment Associate
Mouncef joins RAISE Investment as an Investment Associate.Prior to joining RAISE, Mouncef worked as an Associate at Naxicap Partners, an investment funds specialized in mid-cap LBO transactions. He also has experience in the investment funds HLD.
Mouncef is a graduate of the Master 225 in Corporate finance and financial engineering from the University of Paris Dauphine.
Quentin Le Gall, 26 years old, joins RAISE Ventures as an Operations Manager
Quentin joins RAISE Venture, the venture capital activity of the RAISE Group, co-directed by Sophia Martin and Pierre-Edouard Berion.
Before joining RAISE, Quentin worked at Shine as a partnership manager. He also participated in the launch of the French office of Founders Factory where he was also in charge of partnerships. Further, he has experience in Accenture’s investment fund, in the NUMA accelerator and as an entrepreneur at Station F.
Quentin is a graduate of NEOMA Business School and lectures at Sciences Po and EDHEC.
Albane Dary, 26 years old, joins RAISE REIM as an Account Manager
Albane joins RAISE REIM, the real estate activity of the RAISE group, as an Account Manager.
Before joining Raise REIM, Albane worked as a financial analyst as part of the real estate team at La Française asset management.
Albane spent her first professional experience within Virgil as a project manager for the launch of the startup.
Then, she joined the real estate team of the investment fund founded by Charles Beigbeder, Audacia, for the launch of their fund dedicated to co-living investments.
Albane graduated from the University of Paris Dauphine with a master’s degree in finance, and a master’s degree in entrepreneurship from ESSEC – CentraleSupélec.
Elise Massin, 40 years old, joins RAISE REIM as an Office Manager
Elise Massin joins RAISE REIM as an Office Manager.
Before joining RAISE REIM, Elise was a management assistant at Fayat Batiment IDF where she worked on the invoicing part of the MERCURE 3 building.
Before joining RAISE, Elise worked 12 years for PR 2000 as a management assistant, taking care of the administrative and financial follow-up of the sites and the management of the personnel in conjunction with the accounting firm.
Elise holds a BTS in trilingual assistant (French, English, Spanish) followed by a year of specialization in marketing/communication.
Blandine MACHABERT, 28 years old, joins RAISE Impact as its Impact Manager
Blandine joins RAISE Impact, RAISE Group’s impact-driven investment activity, co-headed by Aglaé Touchard-Le Drian and Serge Bedrossian.
Blandine brings more than seven years of experience in sustainable finance and sustainable development, acquired with leading institutions, the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations and the UN-supported Principles for Responsible Investment, as well as consulting firms, KPMG and INDEFI.
Blandine holds a Master in Management from ESCP Europe and is a certified ESG Analyst (CESGA®).
Mohamed EL GAZZANE, 26 years old, joins RAISE Impact as an Analyst
Mohamed joins RAISE Impact as an Analyst.
Before joining RAISE, Mohamed worked for various private equity structures: Cathay Capital, Bpifrance and Tethys. He also worked in M&A at the consulting company Goetzpartners and the Capgemini group.
Mohamed is a graduate of ESSEC business school (Master in Management) and holds an engineering degree from EHTP.
Pauline Ajzenberg, 26 years old, joins RAISE as an Ecosystem Manager
Pauline Ajzenberg joins the RAISE Group as Ecosystem Manager in the Strategy, Communication and Development Department, headed by Stéphanie Pinot, to support several structuring projects: the « Entreprise à Mission » path, ecosystem’s structuration and animation, internationalization and development of new projects. Before joining RAISE, Pauline worked at Iris Capital and at the Funds of Funds Department of Bpifrance, mainly on GP’s growth and community strategies.
Pauline graduated from Montreal University and Paris-Dauphine University in Management and Entrepreneurship.
Erin Sarret, 55 years old, joins RAISE as Head of Investor Relations
Erin joins the RAISE Group as an Investor Relations Manager, within the Finance Department, headed by Romain Broutier.
Erin worked as a lawyer for more than a decade before moving into investor relations. She has held a number of positions across public and private markets over the last 15+ years focusing on matching institutional investor needs with a sustainable solution.
Erin is an Associate Fellow at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford teaching private markets and ESG. She is also an active member of the State Bar of California. She graduated from UC Berkeley with a double major in History and in French and her law degree at UOP McGeorge School of Law.
Filipe Morais, 27 years old, joins RAISE as a Fund Financial Controller
Filipe Morais joins the RAISE Group as a Fund Financial Controller, within the Finance Department, headed by Romain Broutier.
He worked for three years at EY in FSO audit (Asset Management, funds and management companies), where he specialized in Private Equity funds audit. Filipe holds a Master’s degree in International Finance from the Rennes Business School.
