RAISE REIM HAD ITS SECOND FUND RAISING OF €296 MILLION IN JUNE 2019, BRINGING TOGETHER 10 LARGE INSTITUTIONAL INVESTORS, CREATING AN INVESTMENT CAPACITY OF €500 MILLION.

RAISE REIM offers an innovative feature: the creation of a category of parts called “Sharing”, in the framework of which a part of the dividends of the OPCI (Organisme de Placement Collectif Immobilier Professionnel – Real Estate Collective Investment Undertakings) will be paid to the RAISE Endowment Fund in return for access to an additional share of the overperformance.

For the RAISESHERPAS Endowment Fund, this system will yield revenue from the fist year of the real estate collective investment undertakings (OPCI).

THE OBJECTIVE OF THIS FIRST VEHICLE IS TO BLEND VALUE CREATION AND PROFIT, PROMOTING THE ACQUISITION OF TERTIARY PARISIAN PROPERTY TO REDEVELOP, AS WELL AS SUPPORT FOR THE PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT OF MEDIUM SIZE COMPANIES.

The team takes an innovative approach, organized around the RAISE ecosystem, to better meet the needs of the companies. The office property forms the priority axis of its investments. The transformation of tertiary assets in the city center and commercial buildings (hotel, youth hostel, etc.), in concert with operators with whom the team has forged long working relationships, will be the second axis of development.
