Prior to joining RAISE, Paul worked at Ardian Infrastructure where he reviewed investments in transportation, energy and telecom. He also worked at Ring Capital, an investment fund specialized in supporting digital and tech start-ups. Paul also has experience in the finance team of the start-up Splio.

Prior to joining RAISE, Emilie worked at Lazard in the generalist large-cap M&A team. She also worked at GFG Alliance, in the investment team, where she specialized in commodities.

Thomas joined RAISE after an internship at RAISE Investissement. He previously worked in the large-cap M&A team at Société Générale. He also has experience in strategy consulting at Onepoint.

Prior to joining RAISE, Mathilde was an Investment Director at EPI, a private investment company focusing on the luxury and wine industries. Before that, she spent five years with the Investment Team of Astorg in Paris, where she was involved in various LBO transactions notably in the healthcare and industrial sectors.
Mathilde started her career in 2006 as a consultant with McKinsey & Company, where she specialised in strategic and operational projects especially in the industry sector.

Before joining RAISE, Adrïane has been working for one year in investment funds: first at Serena, a venture capital fund dedicated to French and European tech start-ups, then at Andera Partners (ex. EdRIP) in the team focused on small cap LBO operations in France.

Before joining RAISE, Maud worked at Time for Growth, a mid-cap and LBO investment fund specializing in innovative and growing European SMEs.

Vincent Sauzay is Investment Director.
Before joining RAISE, Vincent worked with Fondations Capital, an investment fund specializing in the operations of mid cap majority LBOs. Vincent also worked on the strategic development team of Eurosport.

Victoire joined RAISE in 2013 as an associate, before becoming Investment Director in 2019.
Victoire worked with 21 Centrale Partners, an investment fund active in Capital Development and LBOs in the small and mid cap sector. Victoire also has experience in the Transaction Services Department of KPMG Advisory.

Before joining RAISE, Alexandre was Business Assistant to the CEO and Change Project Manager for Louis Dreyfus Commodities, a multinational leader in the raw materials trading sector.
